Q1)
What is your favorite mass-builder?
Q2)
Why is Bodybuilding its own autistic miscrocosm when it comes to training and adaption theories?
Q3)
Someone wants to gain maximum mass - tools available... food and weight equipment.
Coach A is all for a strength oriented routine - 3 times a week + logbook.
Coach B is absolutely for isolation work to build a balanced physique + additional compound lifts. Training principle is
instinctive and without a log...
...which trainer would be more likely to transform the tinytit into a hulk?

Q1)
What is your favorite mass-builder?
my favorite exercise is overhead dumbell extensions with two hands on one dumbell. for soem reason this movement is super smooth for me and it always get my tris pumped.
Q2)
Why is Bodybuilding its own autistic miscrocosm when it comes to training and adaption theories?
im not sure exactly what you mean. but i think the answer is that because atheletes and powerlifters and other trainees want to incorporate functional sstrength, atleticism, and good level of overall fitness into their life. while a bodybuilder doesnt train for any of those reasons. a bodybuilder creates a training method based solely on as much growth as possible.
