I am sorry for giving you a wrong info about my protein intake.
My protein intake ia 5,8g-about 6g/kg instead of 10g/kg.

According to BBobys calculation.
100g oats = 60g carbs 12g protein
3 scoops protein = 75g protein (assuming one scoop = ½ dl)
50g rice = 35g carbs, 4g protein
400g chiken = 80g protein
50g rice = 35g carbs, 4g protein
350g red meat = 70g protein
50g rice = 35g carbs, 4g protein
10 eggwhites = 30g protein
300g potatoes = 60g carbs 2g protein
400g tuna = 80g protein
salad ?
450g tuna = 90g protein
3 scoops protein = 75g protein (assuming one scoop = ½ dl)
225g carbs
526g protein
So I am 90kg. 5,84g protein intake is correct

Are you aware of your systems PH levels? In other words, all that protein could make you very acidic. Being overly acidic for long periods of time is unhealthy. I would take some coral calcium at night and at least make a drink of green vegetable juice during the day to alkalinize myself. Also you could develop kidney stones (uric acid crystals) which are extremely painful when you urinate them out. Acid/alkaline balance is something most bodybuilders never consider.

lol most pros dont take in that much and there assisted heavily. You could drop that to 200-250 and you wouldnt lose an ounce of muscle

thats still a lot you ever thought you make the same gaines on 300grams? We all know your natural, but intaking that much is just pooping it all out..not even dexter jackson, cutler, et...take that much they say 350grams is good enough for them.

About Protein intake, i saw many cases. Some eat like beast, other eat ridiculous amount and still look like beast.
About natural or juicers, I think 2 points of view exists.
1, We(natural) need more protein than Juicers because of our muscle breaking down is more severe.
2,We(natural) dont need that much because we are not that anabolic like Juicers.
You guys are saying No2 is correct.
But I dont know which is correct.
If my body dont absorb this big amount of protein, my muscle would have stayed same size.
But every week i am growing, and not only Paco, but also my gym mates are all surprised at my changing.
Thus I agree with the major opinion of you guys saying that my protein intake is far beyond limit.
But, from this experience, i want to insist that our capacity of absorption of protein is larger than we believe.
And I am watching out my GPT and GOT. And everything is OK in my blood.
As I said before, when i did first and last one cycle in 1993, my GPT and GOT went up sky high crazy like hepatitis IN SPITE OF EATING MUCH LOWER PROTEIN THAN NOW.
So, if you train naturaly, you had better open your mind and getting rid of the common sence that many peole say.
But dont get me wrong, I am not insisting that my diet is correct.
Just I want to say that BBing diet is much more profund than we think.

im gonna tell you something my friend,,,,about gaining size this is secret for all of getbig. when bulking up its eazy,,to look BIGGER because u are bigger....quiestion remains you gaining muscle? There is a difference you tell me next time you diet down if you gained muscle or not. Dont go by weight go by bodyfat when dieting down this time and see if your size stays the same or gain some from the last diet down. Remmeber last,,,,,you diet down to say 8% if you remember arm zise. leg size. etc...,,,,and now you do the same thing diet down to 8% BF then you know you truelly gained muscle from you bulk and if it was worth it. Anyone can change and get bigger in 6 weeks by eating more especially ectmoorph people thats easy gaining muscle is hard......I can bulk up people right now I can train in 6 weeks they be bigger than normal and say they hormonolized......

And he says that i am gaining a lot with MUSCLE. And every my gym mates and I think so too.

SO muscle gain occur in all of sudden and stop.Repeating it. Thats what happens to every bbers who makes progress.

OK...you arethe second person I ever saw here voicing concern over the hyperacidity of a bb precontest diet.I brought it up a while back but noone understood I think where I was getting at.
"As indicated, keep a tendency for alkalinity in the diet. This does not necessitate that there should never be any of the acid-forming foods included in the diet; for an overalkalinity is much more harmful than a little tendency occasionally for acidity. But remember there are those tendencies in the system for cold and congestion to affect the body, and cold cannot,does not exist in alkalines." (808-3)
IN THE CASE OF ACIDITY:
"For the acidosis the diet as given, and not too much stimulations through any alcoholic forces with fish, or at any time. It makes it bad for the blood supply and for the mental forces." (900-11)
