Men . Because of the hormonal make up. Face wise, it'll always be men, because they shave frequently so you have a lot of exfoliating right there. But body wise or overall, the main factor will always be hormone levels. Genetics basically.

It's difficult though to generalize because you always have the food/beverage factor. How you age has a lot to do with what you ate throughout your life, area where you lived, race characteristics, water.

In my opinion, Men look younger than woman.
But women live longer than man in statics.

Women start to really age around 30-men can hold out until 40....


Most women at 40 and over look like death warmed over-with few exceptions.
