As the IMF warns that the US economic crisis is ongoing, Senator Barrack Obama is meeting his advisors to devise new plans to cope with the downturn.
The Democratic presidential candidate, who is meeting with specialists in Washington, wants another economic stimulus package to boost US growth. ::)
Mr Obama also wants to turn the economic heat on his Republican rival, Senator John McCain.
Senator McCain says that Wall Street is to blame for the credit crunch.
The economic summit later on Monday could lead to sharp clashes among Obama's most important supporters, as it will unite businessmen, trade unionists and two former Treasury Secretaries from the Clinton administration.
