The dude averaged 185-190 pounds at 6'0" and went down to 119 pounds in 4 months. How the FUCK did he accomplish this without dying. The Machinist was one fucked up and disturbing movie....mostly because of the walking skeleton by the name of Christian Bale.
Anyone know how a human can lose that much weight without some serious health side effects? Dude actually wanted to go down to 100 pounds!!!!! :-X

appetite suppresants, phentermine is really good for losing weight and not realizing how much your not eating, then take fat burners with that and exercise I would think the fat would melt off

He doesn't look that bad in the movie. He looks like a skinny white trash dude. The movie is also shot really dark and shadowy.
