Don't worry about the numbers on the scale unless you're competing in a comp. Just keep eating lean, but definitely get in more calories. Gaining muscle at this rate may be as simple as adding another scoop of protein to your post workout shake and a bowl of oatmeal in the morning. It's not rocket science, but it can be a challenge for people who don't have a monster appetite. I know how you may feel.
