In all fairness he sounds like he's making shit up as he goes along. As if he decided lifting is too easy so he'll complicate it with science.

And Mike never had any training, formal training, in exercise science.


He had a degree in philosophy. But would talk like he was some sort of expert in exercise physilogy.
