July 30: Momen Shah 55, an Afghan body builder flexes his muscles as he makes preparations to participate in the Mr. Afghanistan national bodybuilding competition in the city of Kabul, Afghanistan. Yasin Qaderi who teaches body building at his gym, beat some 50 finalists to become the new Mr. Afghanistan.
