Good news for the Swedish-Iraqi winner of the NPC Los Angeles
He will be making his debut at the Europa Pro show in two weeks!

I thought JJ hurt his hamstring during that powerlifting meet?

Team Milos knows how to get guys in shape.
-
His waist is still far too small to be calling himself a pro ::)

Let's not credit Milos yet. This guy knows how to get in shape and has looked absolutely incredible in past contests. He wasn't in his best shape conditioning wise at his first show in the US IMO, no doubt getting advice from Milos.
Milos always talks about how he can guarantee 30-40lbs of muscle for a guy on his "program" in a couple of months. Ahmad would be the perfect guy to demonstrate it on, Ahmad being about 180lbs (and has been for a while).
Milos can you get Ahmad to 210-220 this year? Even just making the 202 cutoff would be insane gains.

His arms are monstrous, I wonder if they are completely muscle.

Great Arab Genetics!

He is excellent. I hope more Arabs get involved in bodybuilding...maybe then they will be less likely to strap bombs to themselves, since they won't want to blow up all that hard work.

Good question :)

Good question :)
He has made this claim many times but I haven't seen an example of it and find it hard to believe. A guy re-gaining lost muscle yes but an advanced athlete... ??? Ahmad would be an excellent subject. Too bad The Coach didn't take up Milos' bet that Milos could make him gain 40lbs of pure muscle in a month. I would've jumped at the opportunity. :o

Ah, I remember now. I'm real far away from his gym though so it's not possible unfortunately. :'( :D

My only fear is that Milos shall destroy him like he has all the other bodybuilder he gets his hands on

How do get a IFBB card by winning the L.A.?

How do get a IFBB card by winning the L.A.?
They can grant a card to anyone they wish. Any foreign national champ can get a card if their national fed requests it. According to Milos. I think Milos too turned pro in some unconventional way.

How do get a IFBB card by winning the L.A.?
they already qualify in their own country, but Manion et al want to see the guy in contest shape in person first. cheaper for him to come to LA than for IFBB execs to fly to Europe. Same thing happened last year at the NPC LA (http://musclememory.com/show.php?c=Los+Angeles+Championships+-+NPC&y=2007) with Denis Sergovskiy. Denis won his class (but not the overall), got a pro card.
