you can have them just in the morning and post workout if you want "lean gains". but you still should most definitely eat them.
gear improves gulcose metabolism anyways, im sur eonce you start your cycle youll notice a much better tolerance for starch.

^^^^ agreed! I don't think any low carb diets are good for running cycles. With that said the gear will help preserve muscle tissue, but I would not recommend Atkins. If you want to run Atkins, run it before your cycle and get down to the body fat % you want. Then run a cycle where you can eat and actually make some good gains.
A better choice than Atkins would be a ketogenic diet. This is also known as the pre steroid diet. Arnold Jr has a good one he will probably outline for you if you ask him.

No way. I put down about 500 carbs PWO alone, no way I could do without carbs on cycle.

To a point, but I definitely wouldn't be eating garbage fast food and such. Eat smart and train smart.

i would not say eat everything in sight. it doesnt work quite like that. i woudl say eat all meat in sight,,,, but other wise NO dont go stupid bat shit crazy..at least not unless your super high dose or your running t3 along side
