Got this off CNN this morning.  Some dude told people he was studying underwear and fooled parents into leaving him along to measure and quote, "sexually contact" the kids.  Wow, our population is so doped and dumb... no fucking wonder so many are oblivious to the issues ::)  How the fuck could you fall for this kind of shit >:(
