i'm disappointed in how i look late in the day/night here. I look significantly dryer in the morning. I will have to water deplete one day and see how dry I can get.

everyone does. i noticed i am somewhat dehydrated in the morning but most of the time i also look very flat..atleast when i was ripped. now i am just fat :D

Was hitting a wall with the fat loss but ripped and swole is where it's at. I can't stand being big and undefined. If you have to tell people that you're a bodybuilder, then you're failing at bodybuilding. What you've got is great. Do any cycles at all? Sorry for the 20 questions, just a new brotha in the house.

Checked his old log. He was 179lbs years ago. Look much leaner now so may only be 5lbs heavier or 10lb heavier whilst looking 20lbs heavier
