It seems I always vomit during a leg session or I get sick and feel like I'm gonna puke or shit my brains out the entire workout. I used to only get sick when I was younger if I REALLY pushed it hard but nowadays I get sick EVERY leg workout. Am i just a pussy?

Let me ask you, how close to a leg work out are you eating, and what are you eating?

Lol you should really never puke when you workout, you must be doing something wrong or you have a physical problem, go see the doctor.

Im assuming that your doing squats for your legs. if you got a gut full of whey and your doing this then i hope you brought a bucket

I wait an hour before I leave my house after eating plus a 20 minute drive and I do calves first. So it's almost 2 hours after I eat when I start doing quads.
Right now I'm dieting so I eat 3 whole eggs with 3 egg whites with 50 grams of whey.

I used to puke a lot and it held my quad development back - a friend adjusted my breathing (i was holding my breath too much) and I haven't puked once and my quads are growing a lot more.
Bring on the breathing squats tomorrow!

I've actually puked after a back workout before. That was a wild workout.

I had to stop for like 5 mins after deadlifting once because i felt dizzy/sick but i wasn't sick and never have been.

when you squat hard and rack that weight you should feel like your lungs are gonna burst and your gonna fall down,if you dont your half assing it imo.i puked once while squatting but that was because i wasnt feeling well to begin with

try eat 1.5 - 2 hours before training. and should be something easely digested.
i suggest oatmeal and whey shake.

I puked after I did a INSANE cardio session a a step machine or whatever its called, I broke the fucking record baby!!!

cramping is usually due to dehydration and low on sodium. prolly because sweating alot during legworkout. drink more water and have some sodium b4 training 8)

Then i became lazy and stop working my legs for 6 months, only leg extensions

I never puke, to me it's a sign there's something wrong or you're training too close to your limits. That's just my opinion
