After a town hall in Berea, OH Gov. Ted Strickland spoke about the needs of Ohio and how Barack Obama can help them move forward.

How about revising his energy plan. Many energy critics have criticized the plan in that many of the goals are simply not achievable and practical. He will ignore nuclear power, which is one of the very best options right now. His plan does nothing to help the airline or shipping/trucking industry. They cannot just inflate their tires properly and drive less, nor will they be electric/battery powered. His plan has a couple nice ideas, but the rest is not acheivable, impractical, and will not help us in the next 5-10 yrs.

Why doesn't Obama want nuclear power?

His idea is to push solar, wind and electric and is abandoning other resorces and options. He has stated that its a disposal issue of the waste products. Most experts disagree and say that nuclear energy is the best initial option in our current energy crisis.

Oh I don't know... how about Three Mile Island, Enrico Fermi, chernobyl etc., etc.,
Wind & Solar are clean, in unlimited supply, ...and won't kill you, pollute the planet, or cause genetic mutations in generations to come.
