Title: What is best for breakfast?
Post by: rccs on August 06, 2008, 10:37:00 AM
In order to increase the protein intake in the morning, without milk, what are the best foods for that effect?

I think that eggwhites may be the best solution, with bred and some ham... But I would like to have other (more effective) options.

breakfast i always do some whey with my meal. i figure its going to be at least an hour before any meat proteins will be reaching the blood stream, so in the mean time ill give my body some quick acting whey protein to hold me off untill i get that meat to start digesting.

I LOVE steak and eggs and hashbrowns, pork chop and eggs and hash browns, or FRESH ham and eggs and hashbrown lol! I pound that down with my ETS and results in the mornings when I have to the time so it's lal there ready to go and i know i won't forget to take it. Right after that I'll take a chocolate nitrean shake and start getting crap ready for work. Taking the shakes right after eating seems to acclimate my stomach to holding more food on a regular basis so I can EAT more food when I need to. Lately that's been a problem.
