Title: Don the bodybuilding chef's recipes
Post by: NaturalWonder83 on August 06, 2008, 03:04:20 PM
My friend Don owns a catering business and I asked him for some bodybuilding recipes

Heres his recipe for a quick breakfast shake if youre rushed in the morning

50g whey isolate-i like VPX 0 carb whey iso
1 cup slow cooked oats
1/2 cup frozen berries
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
ice cubes
8-10 oz cold water

macros are around 50g protein, 50g carbs, 16g fat

Really tasty if you use chocolate whey, but vanilla is great too.
Really fills you up for a few hours.

I will post more of his recipes soon

In that case maybe you should quit lying and act civilized yourself.

If you want to post a recipe - fine
Just don't color it with your delusions
