Very small, unless your a teenager. Hope that 10" is measured with the forearm straight and hanging from your side at least. If it's measured from the gooseneck flexed position you are a stick man. If your small boned and live in the southern Sudan you might be average than. Good Luck.

I dont measure anything but I say like 16in. and upper arms around 19-20in. I think. They fill out a 2X shirt. Thats all I know.

I used to care about my forearm size but not so much now because I think if my forearms are small they will give the illusion that my bicep and triceps are bigger.

"Titty boy" doesn't ring a bell..then again, my "getbig memory" is pretty short :P
Whatever the case, a 20 year old megadosing like this kid (if he is really 20 years old) is just plain stupid, any way you slice it. 90% of that muscle will be gone within 1 year of going off cycle at that age, if a good enough base hasn't been built...and let's face it, you can't build much of a "base" by 20 years old.
Why people would fucck with their hormones at that age for a plastic trophy and possibly the chance at doing gay for pay at 50$/hour is beyond me. In any case, I don't believe 20 inch fairly ripped arms on ANY 20 year old kid

CHEVEN/Craig was alright. He's bigger and more accomplished in BBing than any of the people here that were calling him names.
As for forearm size, it's overrated. Just get them to the point where they compliment your upperarms in all poses. A big brachioradialis compliments the upperarms in a side chest, for example.
