Dunno yet. the DA wanted to bring him up on murder charges but might settle for manslaughter charges. Either way doesn't look good. There are many things that could cause a miscarriage.......stress being one of them. But by the looks of the that pic, it doesn't look like he did enought damage to actually cause the miscarriage from the hit alone.

exactly, and with a high profile case like this I'd be surprised if there was'nt a civil case against him too

yeah i was given the impression that he crashed her car so bad it wasnt nothing left, but that doesnt seem to bad
