yea i know my front lat spread didnt come out good. these pics arent after training. yea everyone can improve on posing myself included. although i do get better when im doing it on a regular basis before a show.

Your lat spread hand position should be nearer from your waist. Its too high.
And study more anout how you can show your legs bigger with crauching lil bit.

I think the issue is that you have a very weak chest and lateral delts, so you look funny in certain poses.
