Hi,
I feel like I have more test since I didn't train. I had surgery so I have to stop training for 1 month ( pretty hard :-[) but I feel I have more test is it normal ?
I'm gonna start trainning tomorow should I do something special since I didn't train for 1 month ?

I concur.
Stay in the 10-15 rep range and don't jump up in weight too much until you get a few workouts in.

Yeah that's right when I say I feel like I've more test I mean I feel more aggressiv and especial more like I wanna have sex (sorry english not so good) maybe it's normal but I tought that when you train you are using testosteron in your body so If I don't train I should have more testosterone right ?
I've never use steroids and I'm 20.

As far as I know you are wrong here. If anything, working out should increase your testosterone.

Yeah I dont think training will use more test. I think your thinking is a little off on this one. Are you using any test, or are you speaking of natural test here? How old are and what are your goals?

He has not trained for a good while is what it sounds like. He feels like shit and has no motivation. Hold off on the aas, i wouldn't even go as far as to recommend a SERM, just stick to full body workouts for now, definately stay away from training any body parts individually. Square meals,good fats, red meat all help. Happiness and peace of mind plays a good role in your hormone functions also. I'm 20 too and i feel like my mood changes every other hour. good luck

I've seen a couple articles which say that couch potatoes have higher test levels than lifters. Just some Tnation stuff, so don't put too much stock in it.
If your sex drive and aggressiveness drop when lifting regularly, I'd guess you're overtraining, undereating, or undersleeping. You're probably just well rested at the moment, and being 20 makes you naturally aggressive and horny.
