I was wondering if any of you guys have any new info on the lawsuit dealing with BSN making false claims about product ingredients.

The last I've seen has been BSN's press release refuting the claims made against them. With class-action lawsuits, they take much longer than you'd expect.  Theree great sites that keep on top of supplement lawsuits are:

Yesterday, I saw a new update on the BSN "Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate" CEM3 lawsuit and posted it on SupplementGenius.com.  The post includes quotes from different experts in the case and the court itself and the link to the court documents. Its a good thing supplementpolice.com  started the initial investigation into the whole CEM3 by testing out their Cell-Mass product. Maybe now they will sell product that meet their label claims, we can hope!
