for those of you who have seen it. Do you agree or disagree with what Valentino said about Arnold in BSF? I have to agree with him.
I know it's the great Arnold but come on.
Arnold has had very good PR throughout his life.

what did Valentino say about arnold in BSF?
-
???
-
basically that Arnold had to step over many people to get to where he has gotten along those lines.
its impossible to disagree with that.
-
do you believe Valentino when it comes to anything...who is more successful? Greg or Arnold? if any of you on getbig have had a carreer, you know at one point that you stepped on someone. its an unfortunate event, but has to be accomplished in order to achieve a goal. payback is a bitch though.

Yes this is why I am agreeing with Valentino. I think the portrayal of Arnold as perfect is incorrect.

Who said Arnold was/is perfect?
He's always been controversial and known for doing what it takes to succeed, which involves caring for himself, and little else.

Sure many of us know this.
if you watch BSF I'm sure there are plenty of dipshits who think he is perfect.

Exactly. Since when was this news or up for debate? The guy does whatever it takes.

Most people like Arnold don't get where they are in life without ruffling a few feathers and stepping on people. Cycle of Life. Survival of the fittest. Dog eat dog world. Anyway you look at it, its all the same.

Watch the Pumping Iron DVD. Arnold was rude to Lou Ferrigno for no reason. Arnold was Lou's icon and Arnold was rude, arrogant and cocky for no reason. Lou was not a threat to Arnold. Arnold was going to win either way. He didnt need to be rude.

yeah he was a threat, he was one of a handful of guys that didn't look out of place standing next to him
arnold also knew that lou had some mental weaknesses and all successful men take advantage of their competitions weakness

there it is.
When you look back over the smoking embers of your life on this planet, will you have known that you have done all that you could?
That is the key, my friends and minions.

Arnold stepping on people...years of success. Valentino , 40 years old living with mom and dad playing doctor in his bathroom on TLC....priceless!!! :-X
-
i'm sure arnold won't get any sleep tonight because a well respected successful man like Greg Valentino insulted him.

What do you mean for no reason?
Arnold had to be the villian because Lou wasn't capable of being one, Arnold's input was brilliant which made the movie controversial and exiciting to watch. It also showed he had charisma and personality which is essential in hollywood.
It wouldn't be entertaining if everyone was nice to each other

Lou couldn't hear him anyway :D
