Shawn proved himself to be an innovative and creative promoter when he was given the opportunity to run the Colorado Pro.
Shawn certainly knew how to put on an amazing show.
His talents have been wasted of late.
I wish him well.

Shawn is regarded as the 'thinking man's bodybuilder'. Not since the days of Arnold have we been privileged with such an enthusiastic and outspoken disciple of the sport.
Shawn knew how to bring 'positive attention' to this fickle and repugnant sport. He was able to extract positivity from what is a pretty negative profession.
Come back Shawn.
Maybe you should place a challenge to the Athlete's Rep position?

ROFL, yea is he really innovative. Putting on two shows that were in the red so much his major sponsors could'nt afford him or losing anymore. The only thing innovative was putting on the show in the mountains away from any real major city that at least has more than 20 gyms in it and people interested in BB. Giving away a Hummer to a fan who went to the expo (for free) and not the BB show to win the Hummer was pretty stupid innovative. Yes he is the most innovative IFBB promoter there is today

Shawn is regarded as one of the greatest 'short' bodybuilders of the modern era. He lined up in 11 or 12 Olympias, now that is impressive!
Shawn continues to play a valuable and active role in the sport.
In a short time, he has gathered a huge following over at MD. And yes, many would love to see him place a challenge for the Athlete's Rep position.
Look, Shawn can be abrasive. However, he has his heart in the right spot.
And on the point of the Colorado Pro, that 'made' money despite what many on here report to the contrary. The Hummer give away was a brillian concept and generated much valuable publicity for the show. Bottom line, Shawn proved himself to be a 'stand out' Promoter.
