Its been a long time since I've needed to do this so I thought I'd post it up for all of you guys to enjoy (or most likely bash).

Yo guys your site is very cool and entertaining no doubt, but it has nothing to do with bodybuilding?  All the ones I have on my links section are based around bodybuilding, I'm planning on adding more but I wanted to keep a certain bodybuilding atmosphere.  What I may do is add a non-bodybuilding related links section and then we could definitely partner up!

Well noted, I was a bit confused, but thats cool!!!  I'll updating the site soon adding some trianing videos and videos of previous competitions.
