You know, when some starts saying (natural) that he benches 320 for 10 reps or some such thing...or deadlifts 600 for 5 reps...etc...
How often is this true?

99% of ALL claims here (stats, lifts, measurements etc ) are BS. Some people might just add 20lbs to their bench, or another 1/2 inch to the arms, but for the most part, nearly all stats are exaggerated in some way.
Except mine of course ;D
