I'm completing a cycle of susta 250 3x per week and dbol (first 6weeks of cycle). I know that the susta has a ester that requires me to wait at least two week before starting my PCT. I would appreciate yall comments on mt pct.
Clomid at 50mg twice a day (12hrs apart) for 30 days
Nolvadex at 20 mg a day for 45 days
HCG, Anywhere from 1000iu EOD to 2500 EOD for 8 shots (16 days)

P.S human grade susta is amazing, I gained 20 pounds on this cycle but I need to lost some water weight.

2 and a half months for PCT seems too long- IMO. How long was this previous cycle?
if you have enough nolvadex to last you 3 weeks or so, stick with that. not clomid. it is inferior and obsolete-IMO

There's no need to run both clomid and Nolva, they're both similar in the way the work, but Clomid would be the better choice between the two. Also, there's not really a whole lot of need to run it at 100mg a day. If you are fine running that high then go for it, but if you have sides from it, 50mg a day is fine and should get test levels into the 800 range.
Also, personally I don't like running HCG in PCT because it is supressive and you want your testes responding your bodies natural LH and not exogenous LH from HCG.

as long as you stop the hcg 2 weeks before stopping the nolva and clomid you should be alright

I had both on hand for my PCT. Used Hcg during cycle following 4th's advice. Then used only Nolva for 4 weeks. Feel great. Best recover to date ;)

You da man Bee's! Glad it worked out well for you bro (already knew it did). I keep telling people, but only a handful listen. I have always used nolva, but next time I am going to give clomid a shot @ 25mg ed. I have seen some really positive studies on clomid @ 25mg ed, and will give it a try. I don't know when the next PCT will be as I will be back on maintenance when this cycle ends and then on to a killer winter bulker. So it will be a little while! ;D

Clomid is great. Most of the guys who don't like it ran it at too high dosages. I've seen some guys recommend running it at 300mgs a day which is retarded. Usually people get bad sides on it over 100mgs a day which is still too much.

I agree, 50mgs should do and two weeks after hcg continue the clomid.

I saw this sample pct on a post a while back. I didn't take in account for the number of days it was. A month and a half is rather long as mentioned above. I think i got it now.
