Do you find movement is easier now that you've lost most of your mass? I mean there's got to be some reason you did it, right?

i can actually stretch and touch my toes without having to bend at the knees :) way more flexible, great insight to a truth topic marcus

another ex. when im doing manual labor it is much easier to remain in the bent in the 'right angle' position for longer periods of time instead of the previous need to  retract to upright position when lower back was fatigued in my younger days when doing manual labor towards down and to the ground
