I started something different this time anytime I use d-bol around the 3rd week I start feeling like shit. As my orals of choice is always anadrol but was not able to get my hands on any so i had to settle for d-bol anyways I usually only do about 30mgs a day and see great results from it so this time around I started doing all 30mg at one time pre-workout about 2 hours before hand and none on off days well to tell you I feel great and have had unbelivable results and pumps that seem to stay all day long. I know my blood levels aren't stable this way but I had to find a way to get past the feeling like crap part of it. Has anyone else tried this method and if so share.

Yes, I've done d-bol this way before and actually liked it better than spreading out the dose during the day. And I also found the sides to be more controllable.

I generally don't care for dbol but I've used it several times as a pre-workout supplement & was very very impressed.

thats how i use dbol also,i take 10 to 20 mgs 1 hour before i go train and man oh man what a difference in the pumps i get,night and day difference.i dont use the dbol on my off training days either cause ill get to bloated
