Title: Usain Bolt or Jay Cutler, who is the better Athlete?

Both Athletes are at the top of their sports, who is the beter athlete?Id say Jay is, he carries around more muscle and can lift more in the gym.

Jay isnt natural, he takes steroids but so probably does Bolt.Jay has more strength and they both take same amounts of steroids.

Bolt is because he surpassed all previous records and Jay, although on top, has not pushed the sport into a new era the way Ronnie or Dorian did, so bolt wins.
