Hey bratha's

I am about to start another cycle, using the last of my GPL gear (RIP Chris)   

I have changed around my way of eating in the last year, I am very adamant as to what goes in my body.

I see 4th is now a Mod ( Congrates )

Anyone heard from BJBF?

Thank god NO!

The last posts he made were all fucked up, he started a shitload of random threads that made no sense at all...

I think he was having some mental issues, at least that's what i read between the lines of what he wrote, hope he is ok though.

Damn, i almost forgot about BJBF.

He did have a bad spell on here on his last posting spree.

Maybe he will come back soon. i remember he left in a rage after many people called him out on his "bad luck" door knock.
