I talk to him about once a week, so I can give you an honest answer. He is living in San Diego and enjoying life. He has a decent house, a Benz, used to have a H2 Hummer which he sold recently, and has a condo in Egypt where he visits occasionally. A typical day for him includes working out, taking his dog Sato out, and spending time with friends as well as a girl he is dating these days. He did have some surgeries about a year and a half ago, but since then he has been working out hard again and his weight is usually just over 300 lbs. Below is a pic of Nasser with Chick which was taken around five months ago at an amateur bodybuilding show which he attended to see his friend compete. As you can see he does not look much different than he did during his competitive years.

Not really sure, but he did say that he usually purposely did not train as heavy as he could in order to avoid injury. In his Part 3 video he goes pretty heavy in some lifts, and well as some of the old Flex photoshoots.

Yes, I am pretty sure that's from 95 and he was in an Arab country and there was a fan with a ballcap on, little bit pudgy looking, who took that picture with him. You can see a bit of him in the second picture you posted.
