I just took my top off 5 mins ago and changed out of work shirt.
WTF new stretch marks! One i never had earlier before training. The really red and bruises are completly new!!

I know though they look awful especially on my skin tone.
Just thought was cool. I felt particularly strong on chins today though i think i actuallt done it on cabel rows with large stretch. nuts!

Hey man u are not an attention seeker u are concerned and u should be a little. To me that looks like a mild tear as u most definitely broke that muscle tissue down bro. Ice that thing and see how u feel in the morning but my bet is u will be extremely sore on that side tomarrow. Rest that thing man. If it is really sore tomarrow I would take a week off, no BS, yes a week! That is blood coming up to the surface of your skin. BE careful man.

I have them all over my body. It's a genetic thing. They appeared right after i started hitting the weights.

I done chest on monday. Was soreish yesterday. Now its almost grand again so i dont think its a tear. I am even thinking that it could be from something unrelated though i never done anything out of the ordinary. Maybe t shirt on chins i dont know though i aint sore at all.
I only really concentrated on my squat for a short while and within 6 months i was over 400bs. Longest i ever stuck at squatting was 2 months before.
Regret it big time as one fucker of a back injury and knee injury means i have not done nething worth talking about in the squat rack in 8 months. Though i think it may be looking up fingers crossed based on todays workout

THAT is definitely a muscle tear. You need to take several days off from lifting that particular body part.
As far as the stretch marks go you can use some aloe to help with the scars and make them heal sooner and become less visible.
