looking SICK JT! I prefer to use the mini bands for this exercise but I'm a raw bencher and I know you do alot of work in a shirt so basically using blue bands..you're wearing one for a three board? Either way DAMN MAN how did it feel?

Reverse bands on 3 board = ego lifting imo.
