What is the best dosage of clen to take when trying to lose the maximum amount of weight?
How many weeks should you be on Clen also?
I've read where 2 days on and 2 days off for around 4 weeks is a great cycle but I had never seen that anywhere else.
I've just started with 0.02 mgs on day 1 and the day 2 with 0.04. should I stay with 0.04mgs or go even higher?
I didn't feel any side-effects taking the 0.004 mgs so I feel like I could probably take 0.06 mgs and still be alright.
Any HELP or INFO about Clen will greatly be appreciated.

Start with 20mcg & go up from there. I personally wouldn't recommend taking any more then 120mcg.
SO use it two weeks on two weeks off. & others take some benadryl with it & take it as long a six weeks or so.

That is the norm. Thats what I take, but I would imagine that some take even more. I was always afraid of stroking out by walking up the stairs.

lots of ways to use it. personally i do 20mcg for a week, then 40mcg. take 2 weeks off and then repeat
others pyramid their doses up like 20-40-60-80 etc. then pyramid themselves back down.

Best way IMO:
*Start at 40mcg/ed
*Bump it up 20mcg approximately every 2wks
*Ramp up to 120-140mcg/ed...you could go to 200mcg/ed, people do it, but most can't take it.
*Coming off, drop dose down to 40mcg/ed for 1-2wks then off completely.
