Jesus H... for no money at all, a brother could do two dozen calf raises and attain the same results. Can't pity the retards who've spent thousands on those ridiculous calf implants though. They deserve to be ripped off. I should be a plastic surgeon.

You can also do calf raises for a couple of weeks and get the same results. ::)
