Title: Hide 4 weeks out from Atlantic City Pro !

:Due to my left knee injury, I decided to pull out of the shows I had planed to compete but my knee recovered much quicker than I expected and I am already very close to contest condition...so I start thinking I can compete. Hopefully there is one post olympia Euro show in Romania which I did in 2006. I decide to do this show!

that was prior to his 3 months of 2000 cal supplement free diet. it is going to take a while for him to regain the size he had a year ago. although I much preferred him with his amateur physique

and he looks great here,but the reality is he would have not broke top 10 at ironman with this look.
