cant stop looking at those pics. i wonder how many hours per day he trains?
these guys have to be training like 4-5 hours per day. its impressive how they find the energy. too bad bodybuilding isnt a part of the olympics anymore. nobody at my job have respect for bodybuilders. kinda sucks.

At the Arnold he was definetly bigger than he ALWAYS was.  You could say that about Dex over the past 5 years and I would agree totaly, but if you watched the Arnold there was no question he was bigger.

The only thing he'll be giving a run for is 2nd place as usual.  Even if Jay comes in bloated as hell, which he will, he'll still win.
