I agree. On getbig, it's either "swimmer physique" or "all drugs".


Berend was born 1964, his contest weight is 86kg.

He trains since he is 14 or 15 years old.

Good build.  So many people say drugs when see someone who has big muscles and dont believe that that person is natural.  Its all about how hard you are willing to train/eat right..etc to build a decent body naturally.  Just jealous because they did it clean.
