i know 8oz raw chicken is equal to 6oz cooked

how much is 8oz beef cooked? is it 6 oz too?

i was just fukin around however i have been at a couple restaurants and at 20 oz steaks just not regularly

steak is pretty much the same on a gram for gram basis protein wise as chicken NW, if you want to eat steak everyday and keep it reasonable priced eat Top Round, comparable in price to chicken and has only 2 grams more fat than a comparable sized chicken breast.

Well just so you know, there IS a limit for how much protein your body actually utilises. For most people, 50grams of protein per meal is enough.

I eat red meat every other day at least 1 1/2lbs either flank steak or 90% lean ground beef
