Title: Has any fighter made $1 million............

Both De La Hoya and Mayweather were paid 50M for their fight.

As for MMA, THe largest single take home purse I know of was already mentioned, the 1.3M Fedor took home for slapping around Tim.

Both Tyson and Holyfield were paid $30M for their fight. (The ear fight) The first million dollar boxing purse was the Rumble in the Jungle, in 1974.

Actually I think Chuck and Randy have but there deals are/were tied into a percentage of PPV buys...

The bigger deals in the UFC usually are. Unrelated, but Tom Cruise, the biggest box office draw ever, structures all his contracts on percentages of total revenue generated from his movies and has made a boat load doing it.
