Title: King Kamali should get his due.
Post by: Moosejay on August 25, 2008, 08:36:29 AM
I have been an NPC judge for close to 20 years.

I am making efforts to judge on the pro level.

I myself would give Kamali more due consideration, especially if he proceeds to make the improvements we have recently seen.

I do think the judges become jaded in what they see and decide.

It is good that KK has strived and reached beyond his limitations.

He just may rise to the professional heights yet!

King's looking good.  For him he's putting it all on the line for the Atlantic City so hopefully he comes in at his best and see's what happens.  It still would be cool for him to make the O.

How much did King pay you for that post? Improvements? He has regressed more since 2001 than any other professional bodybuilder. The judges are jaded by his middleweight arms, pregnany belly and mis shapen quads.

Well, very good question.

My very good friend (yes, name dropping) Mike Katz, who was, prior to Gaspari, the ONLy ex-pro to be an Olympia judge, said that he really thought Cutler, at the time, and I quote, "Had just perfect genetics, muscle bellies, and muscle insertions.

However, at the time, Mike saiud Coleman was good enough where Cutler did not quite have the "knock-out punch" needed to undeat the champ.

So, there it is.

SS, I am not.

Please give him his due on forging onward to a better bb tomorrow, when all the signs and naysayers pointed the other way.

King Kamali is an absolute god and sits high atop his 18th place throne like a majestic golden hawk.

"....wait until you see me at the next show.....it'll blow your mind!"

Chilling!!!

It would certainly not hurt him.

If it were an absolute tie btw KK and another entrant, and KK wore a suit and tie and the other guy looked like the standard, "yes, I just got out of clown college..."

Kamali would get the nod.
