2 observations of the first video: 1) I have seen many videos filmed in golds venice yet this is the first time I see their free weight squat rack  ;D
2) Pakulski squats beautifully, Braun is doing the modified goodmorning-squat which builds great glutes and hips, Braun should have stuck with 2 plates a side (and then to hear he is doing an even wider stance now hence probably doing even more of a goodmorning)

Strange? Hardly. You just can't see the synthol in the outer head of his tri's in ther FDB.

I don't see the reason of PJ Braun's hype

Ben looked good, maybe he can do well at the canadians but I think there are better physiques in the super-heavies

Pj braun in the offseason looks like a freak! .....he loses "something" when he diets for a contest
he looks flat/small ....he needs to somehow keep that "fullness" when he diets
when i saw his "in the trenches" video with Evan Centopani i could not believe how flat/small he looked
it's like he diets away all the nice size he has in the offseason

Seems that way for a lot of guys. They look like freak with the water bloat and low bodyfat, once they lose the water they look flat and smooth.

pj was flat as a pancake like most palumbos guys end up with his no carb bullshit for 16 weeks. My guy handed pj his ass at the new englands in 06 but he had the hype machine as usual and got first some how. Too bad it wont work on that level.
