The USED to say a 10# gain would add 1 inch over your whole entire body-but I am calling bullshit on that one.

You can "pump up" your arms with very little gain in weight.

I added almost an inch to my arms (permanently) in one week as a teen by working them twice a day and doing deep stretches. I gained zero muscle or strength, but they were technically bigger.  :-\

Charles Poliquin states that for a tall guy ( 6'2") and over that for every inch added to your upper arm thats 20lbs of bodyweight you will need to gain.

I remember that. Joe Weider always talked about that; 10-15lbs in order to put one inch on your arm.
But, as you also say, I'm calling bullshit on it too.
