Many people claim that here; everyone knows that even with the best genetics you are not optimising your hormone levels by training for 2-3 hours a day 5 times a week as a natural....so why do people do this?

I traint about 44 min...
One group at a time, except for arms.
I want to make the workout 1h but after Max 44 min I have done everything there is to do lol.
4-5 exersices and 3/4 sets each with about 1 min rest

More than enough if you eat right and train with a "purpose".

Today: 10 sets for back + 6 for traps. 100 stick twists. 1 set incline abs. Time: 55 mins. Hit it hard and get out. :)

Anything less never feels sufficient enough!

You must have amazing genetics if you are natural....to be able to take a beating like that and still recover....

for a few good years stretch i did the 7 days a week 1-3 hour deal, its a waste of time if its not progressive and you are not setting new volume goals that you try to break

But Paco is watching out if i do lazy or not. What can i say.
Plus I am making huge progress with 3 hours training which nobody of our gym cant deny.
I think thats why i can eat almost 700g protein a day. I know the whole thing looks crazy.

i have done it before.

45 min. to one hour per body part, smaller bodyparts bi's,tri's=20 to 25 minutes. For a natural this is more than enough, anymore and you are just producing cortisol which will do you no good.

That would mean say another 50lbs on my bench 20lbs of mass etc.
Then i def couldnt be natural by getbigs 190lb max quota
