How much muscle are you able to hold at that level? I would imagine it's incredibly hard for a natty to maintain decent muscle at sub-10% bf year round, unless your nurtition is spot on.

My diet is spot on.
Nevertheless, i wrote i aim at -10% bf, it does not mean that i can make it. I build up some fat rather fast because i have to stop training due to my work - (i have to travel quite a bit).
