agreed.
I would never take that risk.
Whey is safe and works, isn't that enough? It's just protein, it's not steroids.

I like Liver Tabs.
-
I use them , love them.
Take 4 Table spoons at 5am when I wake up before training. I train at 5:30am. I cant drink a shake as it bloats me while im training. So I use the liquid beef and add a fat burner and leucine down it all with water.
If im dieting I use more servings.
The taste is great very sweet. I stick a bottle in the fridge.

Not to steal the thread or anything - but what's the point of taking Amino Acids if you're also taking protein supplements. I thought the idea with amino acids was that they are essentially the building blocks of proteins, used to build muscle. Shouldn't you be fine with one or the other?

Short answer: No.
Both, amino acids and protein have their advantages, but i think it's more a thing for the experienced lifter.
as a noob, protein alone and some BCAA during training will be sufficient.

If you are eating enough food and meats there's no reason to supplement aminos.
