Title: King Kamali; this routine is going to immortalize you!!!!

King, adopt this routine at the AC and you will go down in bodybuilding history!

1.Hike up the thong.

2.Plaster on thick layers of Pro Tan

3.First hit the stage with the 'moon walk' and just when the crowd is about to cream in their pants,   bring out the 'robot routine'.

4.Once you have won the crowd, smile, put your hand to your ear and wink. 

5.Walk off stage, then at the last minute, turn and do a 'double bicep'.

King, follow this plan and you will be immortalised into bodybuilding folklore.

Depending on the callouts, try to find an opportunity to crank the thong deep into your ass crack.  The crowd will then be able to check out your striated glutes.

Yes, you have been talking obsessively about your striated glutes, and now is the time to showcase them!

Nothing will bring a bodybuilding audience to a state of rampant frenzy, more than the sight of a Pro wiggling his sweaty, striated butt cheeks!
