I was working the MRM booth at the Arnold Classic this year and Ben came by and was hanging out. (He knew the MRM guys pretty well) He said that he absolutely loves and lives on BCAA's right up to a show. I'm gonna pick some BCAA's up and start injecting them into my fat ass. I'll let ya know.  D

  Oh yeah, he looks awesome in that shot BTW
