this goes out to all trainers, please tell what your train etc details and then your post training stretching routine if you have one, or selection of stretches you usually do if you don't have a routine
looking to see some tips and also encourage others to take care of their stretching (have you ever met anyone who always remembers/bothers to stretch?)

I like to tape my penis to a doorknob

here are a couple of tips
never count seconds or whatever count breaths the breaths should be slow and relaxed. magically, the count is halved so that's one way to reduce the monotony and focus on feeling the stretch
for example, the "penis to doorknob pose" they say hold for 30 seconds four times per side or it's meaningless
you can hold it for 15 breaths, however, with more meaningful results
