I go to the gym about 4-5 times a week. Depends on the schedule.
Do you workout consistently?

At least 3 times a week (Chest/Back, Legs, Shoulders/Arms)
Most often it's 5 times (Chest/Back, Quads/Calves, Shoulder/Traps, Arms, Hams/lowerback/Calves)
Last week it was six because I did cardio one day (something I should do more often)
Recently I've been getting to the gym @ 5am and out by ~ 6:15. I hated it at first but now I really like this schedule

I play basketball 3 times a day. Just like the messiah does.

Everyday. Will start cutting back to 5 day split, one I decrease carbs again.

When I was competing a lot....6 times/week.
Now I train 4 days/week weights and twice per week coaching MMA.

Not teaching. I train there.
I only leave an "impression" on the female students if I'm sweaty and we're doing ground work. :P

Actually,my training got odd since I began Group Fitness Training Four days a week.
I will not abandon my traditional 4 day weight/cardio training, So I end up training 5 days a week.
Depending on the day, split into a heavy weight day followed by teaching a class later in the day.
Or on Tuesdays, I teach a strength class, followed by teaching a "all around' class. I don't do free weights on any free cardio on that day.
I do take most Sat/sun off, otherwise my body would breakdown.

5-6 days per week...atleast 120 min of cardio. I don't post anywhere else because the asshatery is massive.

very true bro, if you get time head over to the training board or the powerlifting board...the haters get run off those boards man, just ppl who love to lift and dont hate on ppl. Ive got many a good tips and inspiration from seeing other ppl's progress in their training logs and watching ppl's videos on the powerlifting board. There are also getbig lifting contests on the powerlifting board that give out sweet prizes.
